A serious team with strong values such as respect, integrity, showmanship, and honor. Your skills in the game currently are of little importance as long as your ultimate goal is to improve. Although a player who may be less experienced will need to work that much harder to keep up but other members are encouraged to assist the lower skilled members as much as possible.
